Kss918 Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Malaysia's Betting Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and kss918, an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under the domain kss918.best ("Platform"). This agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or first use any kss918 service.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the kss918 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out in this document together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming which also forms part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use kss918's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. kss918 does not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances.
• Be located in a jurisdiction where participation in online betting and gaming activities is permitted under applicable local laws.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Have never been banned or suspended from using the kss918 platform previously for any reason.
• Register only under your own name — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.

Kss918 reserves the right to request identity verification (such as a national ID number, birth certificate, or other supporting documents) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Member Account

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one account only at kss918. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your kss918 account username and password confidential. Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• All activities carried out on your account — including betting, deposits, and withdrawals — whether performed by you or with your authorization.
• Notify kss918 immediately at support@kss918.best if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that all registered personal information is accurate, up to date, and complete at all times.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Kss918 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals for Malaysia members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), Boost, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. kss918 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If there is a delay, please contact customer support with proof of your transaction.
• Kss918 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Full identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Any balance tied to an incomplete bonus rollover cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been fully met.
• Kss918 aims to process all withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes. For larger amounts, the verification process may take up to 24 hours.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Kss918 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per offer unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts or any other method constitutes fraud.
• Rollover requirements must be met before any bonus balance or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Kss918 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through dishonest means, including the use of multiple accounts or system manipulation, will be voided in full.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The kss918 Sports Betting section covers football (including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other international leagues), badminton, tennis, e-sports, and over 30 other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once a match has started, unless stated otherwise in the specific game rules.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The applicable odds are those at the time the bet is confirmed, not the odds at the time you began your selection.
• In the event a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet settlement rules under kss918's standard policy for the relevant sport will apply.
• Obvious technical errors in odds setting (for example, odds that differ significantly from the market) entitle kss918 to void the affected bet and refund the staked amount.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to data transmission delays, and final outcomes are determined based on information received by kss918 from official sources.

7 Casino Game Rules

All casino games on kss918 — including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), table games, poker, and progressive jackpots — are operated by internationally licensed software providers. The random number generator (RNG) has been verified by independent auditing bodies to ensure fair play.

• The outcome of all casino games is final once a round is complete. No appeals regarding valid game results will be entertained.
• Any winnings resulting from technical errors, software failures, or unforeseen exceptional circumstances are void and may be cancelled by kss918.
• The RTP (Return to Player) displayed is a theoretical long-term value and does not guarantee individual outcomes in any given gaming session.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that facilitate gameplay through unauthorised means is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

8 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited at kss918 and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account under any circumstances, including using different names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses dishonestly through coordination across multiple accounts, hedge betting (bonus abuse), or any method intended to exploit promotions.
• Money Laundering: Using the kss918 platform to process proceeds from illegal activities or for money laundering purposes in any form.
• Game Manipulation: Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes, or using insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threats or Coercion: Threatening, extorting, or attempting to coerce any kss918 staff or members.

Kss918 cooperates with relevant authorities in investigations related to financial fraud and unlawful activities. Reports will be filed with the authorities whenever there is reasonable grounds to believe that illegal activity is taking place.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, kss918 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. Balances unrelated to the breach will be returned to the member upon completion of the investigation, subject to legal requirements.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding kss918 services, please follow the procedure below:

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them are subject to applicable law. kss918 is committed to resolving all disputes in a fair and timely manner for the satisfaction of its members.
